Nationwide Delivery
We ship to all U.S. states including Hawaii and Alaska. Due to our products being perishable, we can NOT deliver to Canada and U.S. territories. We ship your ice cream via Fedex to arrive for delivery on Tuesday through Saturday (not including Fedex holidays or the day following a Fedex holiday). Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure delivery within two days, excluding holidays. We can not ship to PO Boxes.
How We Do It.
Our super premium ice cream is packed in an insulated foam shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen (-109.3°F) well into the evening of the delivery date. Please note that Fedex is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without a signature.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Once a package has been shipped, the address can not be altered. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once it has shipped.
Minimum Order
There is a 4 pint minimum order amount for ice cream.
